Olivia Newton-John has hinted that a 40th anniversary Grease reunion is happening
We don’t want to make you feel awfully old or anything – but it turns out that Grease the movie is 40 years old in 2018.

And it seems that its stars Olivia Newton-John and John Travolta are already hatching plans to celebrate the momentous anniversary – by bringing back their characters Danny Zuko and Sandy Olsen.
Yes, you heard correctly. And we can’t help feeling ever so slightly excited about this.
Why Face/Off is the ultimate 90s action movie
John Woo’s 1997 action blockbuster Face/Off turns 20 years old in 2017 and it has lost none of its insane brilliance.
The film starts off with John Travolta playing a dedicated FBI Special Agent who has a personal vendetta against Nic Cage’s demented terrorist.
However, for reasons that couldn’t matter less, they wind up swapping faces and 90s action brilliance duly ensues.
Here are 10 reasons why Face/Off is the ultimate 90s action movie.
1. It’s gloriously silly from start to finish
Leaving aside the fact that face-swapping technology was meant to exist in the late 90s, it pretty much keeps logic at arm’s length the entire movie.
Why doesn’t Eve notice the… Read the full story

Danny Zuko who? John Travolta sports shocking grey haircut on set of new movie
Whatever happened to the Danny Zuko we met at the beach? John Travolta is looking worlds away from the bad boy of Rydell High as he sports a shocking grey haircut on the set of his new movie.
Directed by Limp Bizkit front man Fred Durst, who also wrote the script, Travolta plays the title character Moose, a ‘rabid film fan (who) stalks his favorite action hero and destroys the star’s life’.
Devon Sawa, 39, plays the action hero; he previously appeared on screen with Travolta in 2015’s Life On The Line.
Limp Bizkit’s Fred Durst is directing a new film which, incredibly, stars John Travolta
Yup, welcome to 2018, folks.
But let’s recap for a moment.
A figurehead of the infamous nu-metal explosion of the late ’90s which rumbled on into the early ’00s, Limp Bizkit and their backwards-baseball-capped frontman Fred Durst truly led the charge.
But now it’s 18 (!) years on from Rollin’, and Durst is deep into another creative mission: film directing.
Having made his directorial debut back in 2007 with the indie film The Education of Charlie Banks, Durst has continued his cinematic mission in the intervening years.
And now we’ve reached the point where Durst has been given the green light to direct the… Read the full story

John Travolta is far from Danny Zuko as he transforms to play obsessed stalker in Fred Durst film
John Travolta’s portrayal of Danny Zuko in Grease made leather jackets, skintight jeans and a slick quiff the height of cool.
But we doubt his role in Moose will have people emulating his look.
The 64-year-old actor has embraced a rather dodgy mullet for the new thriller Moose, and in pictures released from the set, Travolta appears to have really transformed for the role.
Travolta – who plays an obsessed fan in the Fred Durst-directed film – wore a Hawaiian shirt and shorts, as well as glasses and a backpack, in one scene, while sporting a grey mullet… Read the full story

Foo Fighters fans got chills – and they were multiplying – on Sunday night, when John Travolta appeared on stage to help the rock band with a cover of the Grease classic You’re The One That I Want.

After dancing for the crowd, Travolta walked back off stage, clearly happy to keep watching the band from backstage but Grohl decided it was ‘too much’ and jokingly stopped the performance before telling fans ‘thank you and good night’ and exiting the stage.
