John Travolta will be made to defend himself in a public court against a cruise ship masseur who claims the Pulp Fiction star touched him up.
A California judge rejected a request from the 58-year-old star to have Fabian Zanzi’s case settled in private arbitration.
Now the married star faces the prospect of being dragged through the mud by Zanzi’s claims that Travolta made ‘nonconsensual, inappropriate, extreme and outrageous’ contact with him during a Royal Caribbean cruise in June 2009.
Zanzi alleges in his lawsuit the actor tried to buy his silence with £8,000.
